AFA Appraisals and Fine Art was formed to assist individuals, galleries, museums, and collectors, both private or public, by offering general and specialty appraisals and unbiased art consulting services while adhering to a strong professional code of ethics by protecting each client's needs or assets.

Joyce Rosa is a certified, accredited member in good standing of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), is up to date in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). With an immense passion for fine art, antiques, and museum collections management, she has gained competency and knowledge working for both national and international galleries by immersing herself in various aspects of the industry, whether cataloging for auction services, curatorial work for museum installations to consulting for brokerage purposes meticulously guiding individuals both private or public, seasoned or novice in an art collection or deaccession. As an Art History major with a concentration in Modern Art, Joyce continues to stay relevant and educated in the market by furthering her specialty practice through continuing education courses through ISA or Christie's Education for Professional development.
